House Thuul of Toyalis

History:
Though House Thuul has rebranded itself from what it once was, the truth being that many Thuuls previous were prominent slavers in the slave trade. While accepted among many of the Mulani in Hazlan without problem, this posed a large problem when the Thuuls sought to establish trade with other civilized parts Core. Thaddeus Thuul saw to the legacy of slaving to be done away with in favor of acceptable trading such as selling exotic textiles exclusively from the Hazlani region. His family married up into House Neshiari, another merchant family, and cement themselves as a "legitimate" and "civilized" family in Hazlan. This is not to say that House Thuul does not employ slavery, only that they do not capture and sell in the Rashemani slave trade.
Current Status:
House Thuul is an unlanded Mulani family that primarily has dealt in trade of exotic textiles and papers. The current head of the family is Thaddeus Thuul and Talia Thuul, siring twenty-four children, thirteen sons and ten daughters. Though they are originally from Toyalis, Thaddeus and Talia moved to the region of Nordenvall Fane and Ramulai to have better opportunities for their children and perhaps rise in status among the Mulani, through coaxing their children to take up a professions in Habaezstra, the Iron Church, and even the Red Academy. With the exception of their firstborn son, Thorium Thuul, to run their family business in Toyalis, most Thuuls live in either Ramulai or Nordenvall Fane at this current day.
