Wounding Freezing Undead

Hello, seems when the wounding property is placed on a skeletal summon, it makes them freeze and unresponsive. However, it will attack if an enemy if one comes in its vicinity.

How do you place the wounding property on a undead?

In the house with the ghouls in it, the renders ones can inflict a wounding property on hit. While this property is on the skeletal summon, it will not follow you until the wounding property is taken off.
