Crashing on entry into Shipwreck dungeon

For whatever reason occasionally when you enter the areas of Shipwreck it can cause you to hard crash (meaning your PC will still be IG even though you've been booted out of the game). It's caused death a couple of times on my PCs when running the dungeon. I'm wondering if it's spawn related but something that could be addressed?

We would need to know of at least two people experiencing this issue, and what your two setups/configuration have in common before we could really try to guess what might be the cause.

I have also experienced this probably two or three times now, I wrote it off as nothing at first but if other people are having this issue then it may be more than coincidence. I think each time was during a transition with enemies spawning as they do in that dungeon.

playing on windows with the latest game build, my video card is a gtx970. Each time has been a crash to desktop.

I've had this issue too. My setup is RTX2070SUPER and an AMD 3700x, let me know if you need any more info about my computer specs.

Which version of NwN are you running? I've found that often crashes are caused by the person playing an old version of the game.

That's the Steam version; if you play in Windowed mode, the game version appears in the bar above the game: it should be something like 8193.xx, xx being the version.

Not that I am aware of I think it can be done from Debug mode or at least was at one point. though that is disabled on the server.

I crashed on entering the shipwreck cargo hold map just now. The one with the water. My NWN version is v83.8193.28 and my graphics are just set to the default "best" setting. If you need any more information from me I can try to provide it. There were players already down there when I entered and crashed

I also crashed twice, upon entering and exiting the bottom door (underwater part) of the shipwreck alongside Ratbag.

This should now have been fixed. Any recent crashing issues in the shipwreck area?
