I dont know if there is an in-engine limitation, or if the effect is not desiderable because things are working as intended, but:

Make tiny mob traversable, akin to how incorporeal mobs can cross people to get past them.

it makes little sense that people gets bodyblocked by one inch tall spiderlings. Even a gnome could leap across a spiderling. Same goes for small oozes, squirrels, and also birds and the likes (just duck, the action not the animal).

I know for a fact you can disable (or at the very least incredibily reduce) collisions between PCs because it was a thing on an old server, back in the GameSpy days. And I agree it would be a nice thing to have in here. I can get behind the whole "tiny things swarming you", but you should be able to move through.

What we need is a Performer’s Hat…a top hat that could be placed on the ground, similar to merchant chests and picnic baskets, that people could drop gold (or junk) into as they pass a performer.

This was considered but no. That would have the unwanted effect of protecting items from dropping in battles when disarmed or slain.

Then restrict it to non-main hand/second hand equipment.

One can also just be careful when selling equipment and/or learn to manage its inventory. It does not take long to have a look in our inventory and move into bags stuff we do not want to sell before actually opening dialog with a merchant. At the end of the day, you need only not to be in a rush to avoid this mistake. Furthermore your second proposal could also be exploited to protect some items from sleight of hands attempts.

These incidents are relatively uncommon and DMs can already help if something important was sold by mistake. There is no need to use up server resources and dev time for such a system.

I have adhd and i have sold stuff inadvertently because i swapped rings or stuff around. I should've learned, i still haven't.  Not gonna lie Id welcome such a system if it were in place. In the meanwhile i take screenshots and bug our friendly Dm to have my coin back. Luckily now im well-to-do and i can afford to buy back my equipment. If i couldnt... id have a problem.

Ice Storm is the official D&D 3.5 level 5 bonus spell for the Water domain. None of the first 4 levels were in the original NWN game. I suppose that is why they had "poison" instead. Now that we do have "Water Breathing" as a spell (which is the official Water domain level 3 bonus spell) I suppose we could do the change, but must first consider if that is really a change that is necessary or useful to players. It's not like that spell will see a lot of use. Not that poison do either afaik, but the potential to be more useful is still there.

this goes for all the various fancy papers, unfancy papers, etc
it's just a little silly when someone buys a different type of paper to mix things up and it's a big loot sack on the ground

While I certainly wouldn't mind a larger variety, I can say with certainty that there are more musical instruments with +Perform than you have listed.

Pretty sure you need a DM to oversee that kind of interaction anyway. You can't just use "Charm Person" on a NPC and call it a day.

It would be nice if you were able to tell as the muse when you were helping somebody instead of having to message players ooc and ask if you are giving them a bonus. I know you can stand right beside people but in busy crafting halls I wanna make sure I'm helpin everyone!
