Location: Buried Temple of Thoth
Description: Khesrakhekh, High Priestess of Thoth spawns in the second room. (Har'Akir - Central Desert - Vastness - Buried Temple of Thoth)
How: Entering the third area of the dungeon (Har'Akir - Central Desert - Vastness - Buried Temple of Thoth - Hidden Passage) , and then returning to the second after a short delay seems to draw/spawn the High Priestess into the room.
I am not entirely certain if this is on purpose or not, but it seems worth mentioning. I have recreated it so it wasn't a one-off thing.
