When: I notice it every time I log on.
What: Consistently lowered Spot scores. I have had it happen where my warmage had a Spot score of -10 for no apparent reason, and recently on my druid as well I have noticed this. As an example, starting with a Spot score of 63 and having a total skill level in Spot that is much higher than 13 (so it could not be the +50 cap), I drank a potion of Keen Senses - and this had no effect, and the total skill level remained at 63. Other times I notice that I simply have a consistent skill malus, such that where a skill score would normally be at 63, it stands at 62 after identical buffs. As a note, a potion of keen senses did nothing, but a potion of Vigilance worked as normal.
Recreate: Play the game and pay attention to your Spot scores.
Ideas: No idea what it could be, to be honest. I am reporting this as a bug because I am confident it is a genuine bug and that I am not being gaslit by game mechanics somehow, but I will note that I do not remember this ever happening before the most recent game updates. I did also recently download and install the test server haks. It may also somehow be that the potions of Keen Senses themselves don't work somehow.
