Martial Supremacy only applies to Melee Weapons

Issue: Title.

I was fiddling around on the test server and noticed this. All ranged weapons wind up with -1 AB compared to melee weapons, when taking into consideration DEX, weapon finesse, and no Weapon Focus feats for the equipped weapons.

NWN Wiki says the following about Epic Prowess, which is the same feat as Martial Supremacy:

Epic prowess works, but the bonus is not always listed on the character sheet — especially with ranged weapons. The bonus will always be used in combat though.

That would depend on what other classes you have. IIRC you need to take the feat on a level of that class:

Special: This feat can only be taken by full base attack bonus classes (e.g. Fighter, Paladin, People's Champion) and monks.
