Illuminated Altars of Vallaki

In various places around the outside of the grey city simple hand crafted altars begin appearing with a light beside them. Each one is carved with rising sun motifs, traditional prayers to the Morninglord and a small word of hope all signed by an enigmatic "Preacher Kanizsa"
