Quarterstaff Make off-hand Attack

Hello, I've been using a quarterstaff for a bit and realize it does not make an off-hand attack which I was told it should in 3.5. Just wondering if it is supposed to or not.

NWN was made with the 3.0 ruleset in mind. There have been servers in the past that turned the quarterstaff into a double weapon, but that is not the case here currently.

Yeah, even in NWN2 which is closer to 3.5e, the quarterstaff is a two-handed weapon rather than a double-weapon.

We've discussed this in the past development-side and preferred to keep it as is. Making it a two-sided weapon (like the Double Sword) would penalize people who don't have the Two Weapon Fighting feats.
