When trying to talk to the Driver of the Beetle Carriage to get taken to Salt Mines, The Dialogue option to Decline paying the 200 gold only loops back to the start of the conversation and has no option for leaving the dialogue (without the awkward walk too far away from the NPC).
This DID occur during the Day, I'm not sure if it is different at night.
