Joseph Fogg's Notebook - <UNRECOGNIZED TOKEN> entries

Joseph Fogg's notebook in the Boutique D'Outremer appears to be partially "broken."

Most of the list items (but not all) on the main menu page are showing as "<UNRECOGNIZED TOKEN>."  The entries also show this same <UNRECOGNIZED TOKEN> string when you go to read them where the item name should be.
