I met a bug I do not know if it is present only on me but I think that it must affect all the old characters who are back on the NCE.
I started to make potions on my character and I realized that on many of them I did not have the -5 malus of discovery of a new recipe. Specifically with a Woundart , Bleackcap , Wolftail.
That's not what bothered me but I thought it was more honest to notify it.
