I've noticed that the Ghostly Armors in Raduta Keep seem to be extraordinarily resistant to piercing damage, being unable to damage them even with a +3 Enhancement Bonus. Additionally they were apparently able to be harmed by acid damage. It may be possible their elemental immunity from being ghosts wasn't applied correctly with them immune to piercing damage instead of acid.
