Unable to Renew Lease

Bug: I cannot renew the lease as the owner of it.  Speaking to the NPC prompts no dialogue to discuss the owned property, such as getting new keys, renewing the lease or transferring ownership.

Recreating It: There could be a few things causing it.  In my case I am flagged a guard, and the faction tag could have some odd interaction with the NPC.  Additionally, it could have to do with the fact that I had a character remake recently and this version of my character is not flagged as the correct owner.

I did, and it brought up the standard rent a property menu asking me which property I wanted to rent. I went to see if I could try to rent the shop that my PC owned and it said that that property was taken.

Did you get a remake? If so a DM will need to vacate it so you can rent it on the new character.
