Half-elf Skill Affinity Feat

I'm not 100% this is an issue, but I noticed that for existing half-elf characters, no feat displays. I got curious and made a new PC to test it, and the feat shows up correctly for new PCs made after the hak update.

It's possible the change did not apply to existing PCs, or applied but just isn't shown in the feat list.

I can confirm that my PC which has existed before the hak update also does not have the skill affinity feat showing.

I cannot be 100% sure if it is or isn't applied without relevelling (though I don't want to reset my level), but I do have a suspicion that it isn't applied, and that his current influence score is merely a combination between invested skillpoints and his charisma modifier.

It'll apply when levelling (or relevelling) for now; I'll fix that next update but no real ETA as it's really minor.
