Bio:

This young woman is both a descendant from a halfling merchant from Port and a halfling Vallaki Ranger. From birth until she was six years old, Eidrey lived in Port and came to live in the illusion that monsters weren't real and that Bandits were the only threat. Her life was calm, it was peaceful, it was everything her parents had hoped it to be. It was the father's idea to visit Vallaki one day, to show the two gems in his life where he had grown up from. However, they were caught in the dead of night. Werewolves howled in the distance, Eidreys mother held her close as they looked around, her father cautioned them to make a break for the city.

But...this is not happy story, oh no. This, is a story of murder...and revenge. On the night that the wolves attacked, Eidreys father was slain in front of her in a bloody scene. Her mother's screem echoed in the air as a claw came down on the small woman, killing her but leaving a scar across Eidreys right eye, permanently blinding her. The two adults were dragged away into the forest by the wolves and Eidrey left for dead.

Upon dawn's first ray of light, Eidrey was found by the Garda and instead of being tossed in an open grave and buried alive, her body was dumped at the Orphanage. There she learned to speak Balok, having to teach herself the language since she knew only common and High Mordentish. For years she practiced her archery in secret. Her one thought solely on avenging the death of her parents and slaying the werewolf who killed them.

She knew she would need to steel herself from feeling certain emotions, that there would be no room for error or letting herself grow compassionate about others. Her arrows will one day slay the monster that took her family and her sight from her. And if she needed to break some metaphorical eggs to get there, then she would do whatever it took to justify the wrong done to her.
