When:
When turning in Gremishka ears to Bianca the Innkeeper, she took my Warhammer and Shield along with the ears.
What:
The bug took some undue items along with the quest turn-in ones.
Recreate:
Try to turn in Gremishka ears to Bianca while having unequipped Warhammer and Shield in your inventory (Maybe, only happened once).
Ideas:
For some reason Bianca is reading those two items as Gremishka Ears?
