Shadow Form for bards

It has been mentioned in others' posts that Shadow Form seems fitting for Bards, but I wanted to give it its own thread.

Suggestion: Add Shadow Form to the bard spell list.

Reasoning: As an illusion and sneak spell, it fits in with the flavor and mechanics of existing bard spells (for example Light Step).
