Hak-test: Warmages unable to take most spellcasting feats

How to duplicate: Build a warmage, level up
Current Race: Silvanesti Elf (If that matters)

Warmages seem to be unable to take feats related to spellcasting, specifically any feat that requires the user to be able to cast spells of a certain level (Metamagic Feats, Misted Magic, etc)

This will likely be fixed once the gaining spells thing is resolved, but yes. This is currently a thing.

I have noticed that, and I also did noticed that even thou we don't get feats that require spell circles, we can get a level into Pale Master that would require learning how to cast a 3rd circle

Pale Master is a little odd, it does not actually need 3rd circle spells like it says on the wiki but to have 5 levels in any arcane class.

A level 5 hexblade could in theory take the class if they could get the Prc approved
