THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALLAKI HEREBY PROCLAIMS THIS EDICT!

People of Vallaki and all those who depend upon her: anyone leasing one of the properties listed below MUST contact a member of the Vallaki Garda - either in person or via letter - with lists of their comrades, colleagues or staff; with details of the purpose of their lease; and with details of their annual product & revenues. Failure to do so, or providing false information may result in EVICTION, FINES and IMPRISONMENT.

Additionally, a representative of the following organisations MUST contact a member of the Vallaki Garda - either in person or via letter - with lists of their current members; the status of their holdings within Vallaki; and details of annual product & revenues.

Any affected by this edict are generously given TWO WEEKS (until the 5th of Mai, 776) to fulfill the requirements, in honesty and in full, as listed above. Extensions may be granted provided that a representative contacts the Vallaki Garda with valid and lawful excuse for the delay as swiftly as possible.

We cordially remind you that failure to respond will result in eviction without compensation. In addition, may it be known that all submitted responses are being audited in full by both the guard and administrative staff of the Citadel. Any discrepancies or deceptions will be uncovered, and those responsible shall be punished by severe fines or imprisonment.

Any responses or amendments MUST be submitted by the 5th of Mai, just over one week from now.

That the Census of the Second Quarter of the Year 776 has now concluded. We are pleased to announce that all properties and organisations affected by this edict have been marked as compliant, and can continue offering their services to the good subjects of Vallaki.

Furthermore, our audit of relevant financials is nearing a close and we confirm that, so far, this Census has been conducted with less than 3 arrests made as a result of tax discrepancies - a record low for our great Municipality.

All leaseholders, current or prospective, and members of the relevant organisations should prepare for the Census of the Third Quarter which will be conducted this iulie.
