House de Phélypeaux is seeking able-bodied men and women to serve within the Household Retinue. Those who apply should be of basic education and able to read and write fluently in the trade tongue. Fluency and literacy in High and Low Mordentish is preferred upon application, but can be learned during the tenure of employment. Those serving within the Household Retinue shall be expected to maintain the security of assets and members of House de Phélypeaux, engage in conversation with guests when applicable and attend social events in which members of the de Phélypeaux family attend. Additional duties shall include basic tasks of upkeep and miscellanea required by the family on a day-to-day basis. Exceptional pay will be provided to new applicants mirroring the former La Compagnie du Phénix pay scale, starting at 16 Dementlieuse Solars per day, to be increased and modified with experience and time served.

Those who are within the Household Retinue that serve the Baronial Court directly shall be privy to and attend in the family's company to social gatherings and hearings otherwise denied to them, as well as receive experience in forms of addresses and etiquette in gentle company. All applicants will be expected to heed the call of war-time levy, and serve on the battlements of Fortress Estellier, or wheresoever else the elected Général shall require loyal soldiers of House de Phélypeaux to march in our Most Sereine République's defense.

House de Phélypeaux is seeking engineers and carpenters of a unique bearing and ingenuity to tackle privy matters of design and logistics for Martineau Maritime Acquisitions & Shipping Concern. Employment shall be held to strict non-disclosure contracture and with wages rewarding efficiency and achievement in addition to standard wages and stipends exceeding 30 Dementlieuse Solars per day. Those with accreditation at the Université de Dementlieu or who are currently pursuing studies for natural sciences and engineering at a high grade will be provided first consideration in that order. Those currently in study will be required to provide a Université transcript of their current grading and progress and furthermore shall furnish a signed document from their Professeur stating their recommendation in the fields of natural sciences and engineering. Those lacking accreditation or who are not pursuing studies at a high grade will be considered likewise, however shall be required to prove efficient in their designs and pass internal testing and scrutiny, and shall be given last consideration.

House de Phélypeaux is currently seeking to employ 3-5 individuals of an industrious work ethic and a desire to earn a generous sum of Solars for a fair day's labor. Employment shall be open to any able to perform menial labor for an extended period of time in locales such as mines and forests, performing repetitive but honest labor. Wages offered will be subject to negotiation, however a price is offered of 100 Dementlieuse Solars per bag of logs, ores, or common furs and hides. Those seeking to enter employment will need to wear a wine-red sash on their attire whilst on duty and keep a cordial temperament. Supplies, food, water, and security will be provided by the Contremaitre.
