Graphics Issue Help Please

Hey there everyone.  I've just installed the game on a new laptop after not playing for a few years.  I'm having an issue I think is just on my end where only about 50% of the PCs and NPCs are showing up, some of the NPCs and PCs have their name in red like they're sent to enemy, and sometimes I can't see my characters hands.

Has this happened to anyone before and how did you fix it?

Does your game ever run normally? If so, then it's restart related.

This is more of a lag/de-sync issue than it is a graphics error.

Either way let me know if this only happens now and then or is a permanent thing going on.

Shallow advice here, but usually fresh restarting your game fixes this issue. Hopping between servers causes this to happen frequently as assets from one server to another are not properly unloaded and reloaded with NWSync.

Hmm, it seems to happen each time.  The game runs fine and doesn't have much lag, and this is the only server I play on.  I'm wondering if it's resolution related because I was messing around with them and picking one with 2 UI instead of 1 seemed to correct it but I can't be sure that's a permanent fix
