Lady's Clasp herb making wrong potion

Lady's Clasp is now producing a potion named "Potent Potion of Eagle's Splendor" but actually casts Cat's Grace, not Eagle's Splendor.

The issue isn't the herbs, its the potion template itself. I've already submitted a fix it will be live as of the next update of the server.
