Protection from Elements crafted potion is now caster level 3. It's a third-level spell, so you can't cast it till level 5. Shouldn't all potions be at least the minimum caster level required to cast the spell? Now it won't stack with potions made before the update, and all you've done by changing the caster level is change the duration of the spell if nothing is happening. It will still end after absorbing 40 points of damage regardless of whether the caster level is 3 or 30.
