Bug: Temple of Thoth, Acolyte Spawns behind a wall regularly

Hi,

On a few  separate occasions I have noticed that one particular Acolute in The Temple Of Thoth spawns behind an invisible wall and cannot attack or be attacked. I've included a screenshot of the location below.
