This feedback comes from the test server, so maybe that factors into what I observed. I created a test character with the feats Agument Summoning, and Beckon the Frozen. I then cast the gate spell to summon a balor 6 times, and observed its stats each time. The balor summoned from the gate spell was not affected by either of these feats. Summons summoned via greater planar binding were correctly affected though.
I am reporting this as a bug, because in
a previous post it was established that gate is intended to work with these two feats.
