Return of the Fey'ri?

With the advent of the disguise skill, I've been wondering if perhaps, an old subrace could be returned to the fold: The Fey'ri.

After all, we have demonic humans and half-orcs, why not elves?

As I recall, one of the things that had them removed was that Alter Self couldn't be represented. Nowadays, we could perhaps do so with a large bonus to the disguise skill?

Though, I would also argue that an ELC 2 is more appropriate, if the remaining abilities stay the same.

Anyway, just a suggestion!

Instead of Alter Self, they could probably be given a racial version of Disguise Self that'd accomplish a similar effect.

Weird, I was under the impression they were a thing on here- I've seen an Elf player running around with Tiefling horns.

They used to be an allowed race, but have since been disallowed. Those that already existed were allowed to stay in play, however.

Do you recall when they disallowed them, by chance?

I did a quick search on the forum and it seems like they were removed around the April of 2016.
