The scrolls here is some what lacking compare to other easier access NPC store, maybe is time for overhaul ? Not worth the trip as scrolls here is more expensive then other place and have less scrolls nothing special. Feel disapointed finding the place.

It baffles me why The Black Library is the most difficult scroll shop on the server to reach, tucked away in a corner of the most dangerous domain on the server, and still holds the worst selection of scrolls and mage items. Not to mention, it has no alchemy crafting stations. Extremely disappointing.
