Healing circle 2 scroll cannot be used by voodan

After getting healing circle 2 scroll from killing hag in the demon hill in barovia i could not use it despite it having  voodan 5 requirement in description .

Is Conjuration your Voodan's opposed school?

If your Voodan's specialist school is any of Abjuration, Evocation or Transmutation, then Conjuration spells (including most healing spells) will be barred to you, unfortunately. It's an NWN engine limitation.

That is true i thought since i can cast it the scroll would be usable too.
