Bicep 30 phenotype bug on Elf Model.

No idea what causes this, but it looks mighty odd and only seems to appear on elf models to my knowledge.

Pretty sure it does it under other circumstances as well, I've only ever been able to make that appearance work on a human female I think, it seemed bug on many other. Last I checked though was... years ago.
