Hara'kir Wagon

Looks like the Hara'kir Wagon conversation is broken somewhat. He will agree to take your money, even if someone else is currently travelling and the passageway is locked. Was able to pay twice in a row immediately after each other.

A few minutes later when the passage was open, he seemed to function properly. So just the conversation changing when the wagon is paid or in use is broken.

A fix was applied in that time frame, and is likely what you experienced. Everything seems to work now.

Looks like there is still some sort of issue.

Was just taking the Port wagon, and you can pay, and then if you re-enter the conversation, it gives the potion to pay again, instead of going to the 'a wagon is already leaving' script.

Just had the same thing with the Port wagon myself. He took the coin, but the passage was blocked. Once it opened again he had to be paid again for the wagon to leave.
