Hostile NPC's

What: I logged onto my rouge after some time off of it to see that its hostile to all of the npcs. Before this I saw that another person spawned into a church out of nowhere and they instantly got attacked by all of the NPC's

Where: This has been happening everywhere i tried to sell stuff so far.
