Name: Animal companion not being summoned

When: Druid summoning the animal companion
What: After summoning, the message appears but the animal does not, not even in the "party"
Recreate: Not sure, it seems random but I use a lot of @animal speak and other commands, including @animal emote
Ideas: Might be from the commands I use, marking my animal as dead?
