Racial Dwarven waraxe proficiency for Dwarves

So i was thinking, elves get elven weapon competence as a racial trait, but dwarves need the exotic weapon feat for using the Dwarven waraxe. Even in the paper D&D Dwarves are allowed to treat dwarven waraxe as a martial weapon due to familiarity, so should have sense that they got the profency as a racial trait like the pointy ears people?

Played many Dwarves, can confirm. I think the weird frosty bois don't, but that should be in line with pnp.
