Resurrections sending players to Mist Camp

Since the NCE has begun and observing two character raises:

1 in the hospice in Port, Dementlieu by the NPC priestess
1 done by a player using a mist orb in Har'akir

The player raised was teleported to the mist camp.

Think we had this happen last year too.

Someone also reported that upon respawning, their NCE character was teleported to the Mist Camp.

Does the teleporting happen at the point of casting the spell or when picking up the corpse?
