A recently burnt witch has been seen frequenting the Lady's Rest and the western outskirts in general. The man is rumoured to have been beaten, burnt, and his body tossed into the sewers. Witchery is suspected. The man wears a strange, spiky robe, and seems to ignore any reference to the burning.

The beast of a woman known as Marinah, seems to have learn how to wear a dress properly and a big black fancy one at that. she also seems she have learned Al natural'e isn't the best way to show your beauty and seems to have covered it with makeup, and blush. Some say she maybe morning the death of Cezar, some say she has finally cracked it so much she appears normall, some even murmur more extreme stories of the famous black carrige picking her up, and the count himself collecting her personally, but these seem far fetched for those who did not bear wittness

Radu has seemed a bit down lately.. If not to say hurt and broken. As he claims he was unable to defend the inn and its owner from savage monsters on a several occasions. His bandaged form does not hold the haughty pride it used to but instead slackens as he leans on his massive maul.
The inn-keep also wears several bloodstained bandages from an attack on one dark night..

The Ladies Rest seems to have an infestation of rats.  Rat dung is everywhere, food always seems to be pre-nibbled, and holes appear in adventurers clothing that stay there.  Occasionally, some of the larger rats get bold enough to go out while people are around, nibbling on whatever they want while they're still around.

Rumors begin spreading recently in the Lady's Rest about the wanted monster Jojan commiting another foul deed ... The rumors indicated that he decapitated a woman and kidnapped her child, running off into the sewers with it!

Over the past couple weeks, Radu has chased off a man that he says is same werewolf that the Vallaki guards burned.  Some discredit the rumor stating that the guard took care of it and knows someone who helped.

Others believe him, as the guards did not make the burning a showcase as they usually do.  Also, among the outlanders Radu is a very trusted individual.

Two red headed fey are seen playing a very profitable dice game that many outlanders have joined in. Each night or so they are seen playing the game or playing music and singing inside the inn. Money to be earned they say. Screams of DIRTY ONE EYE! Can be heard randomly from the inn

Despite the fun activites inside the inn at night, another outlander was attacked by a large hairy beast man. Another person was knocked down by a swipe of its claws as it retreated to the north with a piece of its victem.

Knowing residents shake their head in wonder, knowing what this "hairy beast man" might be and what injury from it could bring.

many rumors errupt of a viscious pack of werewolfs roaming the outskirts..

alone this may not frighten outlanders much, with the knights of the dawnlord so close, but atlas rumors seem to spread that the wolves work prefectly as a pack focusing on the weaknesses of the dawn church and outlander groups.

some hope flickers saying a few nights have managed to nearly kill one or two of the beast, but it's soon quenched when they hear those same knights were tossed around like rag dolls by a much larger beast.

Bianca gossips at whomever wants to hear it that the two stars from the Broken bell more than often performs inside her inn, bringing in lots of good business for her.
"Now if only Radu could stop betting his paycheck on that addicting game of theirs..how is it called already Radu? Filthy two feet?"

"Nha nha boss.. Dirty one eye.. damn be tha one eye!" He mutters and groans, nursing his very empty purse.

A young outlander girl was seen running, hysterically, into the Lady's Rest after her boots mysteriously was set on fire just outside the inn. After the incident she was heard whispering with herself, apparently, at the kitchen of the inn.

She seemed terrified.

A young outlander woman is profilating herself as a so called 'undead hunter' lately, she is asking around and even offering fangs for news and the whereabouts of undead and necromancers. She must be quite insane like so many other outlanders, strangely enough she hasnt fallen to that what she hunts for yet, must be either lucky or fleet of foot.

A young halfling frowns at the spreading news of this "undead hunter;" as she overhears such gossip, she makes quick notes in a book partly written in her own hand, and partly in another's.

She mutters, in Darkon language and accent, pausing for a second as she looks over the other's writing. "If I have to, I won't let her harm you. I hope you're safe..."

At the bottom of the book's freshest page, a string of underlined Darkon language symbols stand out. "Need a name!"

A sick looking black bird can be seen roosting under a large eve at the Ladies rest.  Gleaming black eyes stare without blinking.

Word spreads of a recent confrontation at the Lady’s Rest between Private Katzinkaly, along with fellow militia men, and a tavern full of Gundarakites who refused to comply with hood checks.  The band of supposed Gundarakites were clad in muted reds and greens, and wore concealing kerchiefs.  The men were believed by some to be in possession of weapons, which is a serious violation of local Law due to rebel uprisings.  Furthermore, by some accounts, as the militia men began to give chase to the kerchief masked law breakers, volleys of fire lit arrows streaked through the night sky towards the militia men, who decided against giving further chase.

Rumours spread abound of theft in the ladies rest. It's heard that something beastly raided the inn and stole valuable from the bar.

Some city guards, aided by some outlanders fought off a Wererat of unusual ferciocity... which nearly killed Bianca and Radu.

It still managed to drag off the body of one of the guards.

And Otake, Wulfgang Eberhardt, Aesin, Humiko, Bonereaver, Anthrania + whatever concept I am playing with...

It seems that two groups of guards. One belonging to the von Zeklos family and one to the Cerdei family got into a fight at the inn. People also whisper of Radu helping the Zeklos guards beating down the Cerdei people.

An elderly man with a heavily bandaged head, rented a room.  During the night his screams woke up the rest of the tavern, he was seen repeatedly banging his head against a wall.  He fled into the night before anyone could restrain him..

The Calibans are becoming even more courageous in the Outskirts, a small group was attacked right outside of the Ladie's Rest, some suspect sorcery.
