Ethereal jaunt in dwarven mines

Ethereal jaunt does not seem to work in dwarven mines to avoid falling rocks .

I'll fix that, though the knockdown effects will remain since the ground would shake in the near ethereal as well.

If the ground shaking effecting near ethreal is intended then i  need to test if damage is taken in ethereal i did not have that in mind

I've updated the messages you get when rocks fall, though the knockdown effect will remain.
