Perma Blessed Weapon

Good day, one of the weapon i use in my character seems bugged, there is a permanent Bless Weapon spell on the weapon named as Bar-Ethel. I tried to cast a bless weapon again but it didnt faded after all. I will avoid to use that weapon until its Fixed.
