Loss of LM as a language when releveling

Who: Amenia Tir'ein (Level 12 bard with full ranks in speak language and polyglot)

Were/when:  Releveling

What:  When I have a forced relevel I lose LM as a language, even though I have HM.

Repeatable: This is the second time it has happen, once for each of the last to re-levels

Temp fix:  Removing HM as a language and re-adding it

More detail:  HM is my 4th language and when releveling I lose all languages after the 4th slot and have to re-add them.
