A smirking half-drow

For the past few days, a strangely cheerful half-drow with gray hair and pink eyes has been seen around the Mist Camps asking people if they have seen a bald human named Morgan O'shanahan.

The only reason she apparently gives for seeking him is that she has something he wants.
