Mora domain does not function as described

Upon using the Mora Domain feat, which states it increases Perform, bonuses to attack and damage are provided instead and no perform bonus is given. The ability is described as "Heavenly Song" in the combat log. (Perform remained at 11 in the screenshot below).

I'll correct the description to be clearer but the Perform bonus only applies to the Heavenly Song ability itself; it's actually calculated automatically.
