Turn undead feats (Profane Lifeleech) bugged

Sometimes, (and I haven't figured out the exact reproduction cases/scenarios yet) when attempting to utilize profane lifeleech, it claims you have used it already and must wait x seconds.

This message never goes away, and you cannot use the ability until you relog.

This sometimes occurs when someone is invisible when trying to use the ability. I'll fix it so it works more consistently.

I noticed last night that trying to turn undead also didn't have any impact.
