Where: Degannwy, when I purchased Ironwood Scalemail from a vendor and equipped it.
When: Simply equipping the Ironwood Scalemail.
What: It makes me, a druid, unable to cast her spells while wearing it.
Recreate: Equip Ironwood Scalemail on my character.
Ideas: Perhaps the item is classed as a metal armour or something similar, or the description has not been updated to match the item's true nature.
