Examine feedback when piercing Disguises

Currently, when you pierce someone's disguise, there seems to be no way to once again see their disguised name and description, which may obviously be a problem unless you're obsessively taking screenshots.

Might it be possible to enhance the Examine feedback so that, on successfully piercing someone's disguise, you get both their real name and description, along with their disguised name and description, all in the same block?

If you use the examine tool on the person again, it notes the original disguised name, as the name of the feedback text, which will be different from their actual name, shown with tab, or hoverover - The description continues to be whatever description they have set for the disguise, until they take it off.
