Novak's rentals selling broken keys

I checked Novak's rentals for an available room, and was sold Room 3. I purchased two additional keys, but when I tried them, the keys did not work. When I spoke to Novak again, he acted as if I did not have a room. Most likely this room was never available and was still being rented.

I found the issue and will fix it; it's also why the rooms "renew" every update/crash.

This should now be fixed. It may not have saved the ones from before this update though, but it will work from now on normally.
