Know this.

Leniency will be considered for your accomplices MORRIGAN HARDING and STEFAN RADUCAN, with the bounties on both individuals removed and a banishment placed on both in its place, but only if YOU turn yourself in with the fangs you have stolen in tow.

They need not suffer; their lives can go on peacefully, they need not be hunted. All you have to do is act selflessly, let yourself be placed into our custody, and accept Krofburg's justice.

This offer will exist for a week, and no longer. Refuse it, and matters will only be escalated.

In a previous proclamation, I made mention of a craven wretch who has taken to issuing threats against myself and the Burgomaster and likely also vandalized the door to the Burgomaster's Residence. He refuses to stop, continuing to call our lord a 'traitor' and those who call Krofburg home as 'scofflaws', going even so far as to question the Count's judgment in appointing the Burgomaster.

Know this.

The authors of this seditious screed, once discovered, will have their hands shattered and their tongues removed, so as to ensure they are no longer permitted to proliferate their filth. Those who do not willingly turn over these scrawlings to be destroyed by the Krofburg Militia and those assisting in its duties and are instead caught carrying them will be punished with equal or even greater severity.
