Just throwing out this subrace from The Book of Souls as a suggestion, they seem neat!
Markovian Broken One
Inspired by the abominations in HG Wells' "The Island of Dr. Moreau", Broken Ones are hideous, deformed, twisted abominations whose bodies are based on the unnatural melding of man and beast - and rarely in so harmonious a fashion as the typical beastfolk race. Products of fleshcrafting, they include both animals torturously uplifted into a semblance of the humanoid form and faculties and former humanoids warped into a crude semblance of beasts. It's hard to say which version feels more pain and torment from their present status; whether the transformation was achieved through bloodthirsty surgical mutilation (oft-presumed the default), weird implants that induced physical corruption, bizarre radiations harnessed through science or sorcery, alchemical formulas or occultic rituals, the transformation is never pleasant. Worse still, some Broken Ones are actually created accidentally, a result of polymorph, reincarnation or resurrection spells gone horribly, horribly wrong.
Because we don't really have a bestial race, save some MPCs. Y'all know we want some hideous cloven-feet goatmen that aren't tieflings, right?
Subrace stat block : We can't use the ones from the books (Str +4, Dex –2, Con +8, Int +6, Cha +6.), but maybe:
Str +2, Dex –2, Con +2, Int -2, Cha -2 ( maybe Str +4? Debate away!)
Subrace abilities:
-Standard abilities for Half-orcs
-Race Type Turns to Aberration
-Feats: Broken ones gain the Alertness, Endurance, and Improved Initiative feats if they do not already possess them.
-Fast Healing (Su): Broken ones have fast healing 1
This'll likely be the big no no for some. Though, honestly, it's only hugely useful in the first few levels. Once there's enemies that can hit for more then 10 damage, you have a good chance of being corpsed than surviving. Still, for balance sakes : Make it a free action ability so that they get fast healing 1 - 5 for 2-4 turns , once per rest? ( debate away on what the duration and strength should be!)
ECL : +1 or +2? (Debate away!)
