Player Passwords

I have been playing the game on PC and switched to play on the switch as well. However, I don't seem to remember the password for all my characters :shock:. Now it has locked my me from using my characters not only on my switch but also on my PC. Is there anyway to get my entire account unlocked at one time, its very frustrating.

bumping this thread, as I've logged on an old character I made years ago. Standing in OOC now, unable to move until I figure out the character password. HALP <3
