Audible and visible through doors

Noticed as of late that conversations by those on the other side of doors are still audible for a number of rounds or however long after you've closed it, but eventually you stop hearing.

Also noticed that by standing near a door and having another person also stand in a particular spot, you can hear and see them which can be exploited.

The visibility thing I just noticed after the latest update, but hearing talk-based conversations through doors has been going on for a number of weeks. Apologies, I didn't note the date/time or report it earlier. Perhaps others can also comment.

Does it occur everywhere, just there, just that tileset?
