Dark Notes Around Barovia

From Vallaki Outskirts and through Old Svalich Road that goes to the village of Barovia, mysterious notes have started popping up. It's obvious someone has placed it on locations bypassers are most likely to pay attention to.

The notes are titled with the phrase "Praise the Shadowlord."
